About this event
Body
This educational program explores evidence-based mindfulness practices, the psychology of awe, and secular approaches to reflection and well-being.
This is the first program in our Secular Spirituality Series: U of M's Chief Behavioral Health Strategist, Kelcey Stratton, will talk about how to enhance your everyday life by observing and connecting to something greater than ourselves.
The library does not promote religious belief or spiritual instruction through this series; all programs are offered from a secular, educational perspective.
