Strategic Plan
In the Winter-Spring of 2026, the FADL Library Board, Management, and Staff gathered feedback through surveys and community engagement sessions, resulting in the development of our new Strategic Plan (2026-2030). You can view it here.
Our Strategic Planning Committee conducted a patron survey with more than 600 responses, and contracted Orangeboy's Orange Dot Studio to analyze the data. You can see the results here. Our Committee also conducted an internal analysis of feedback from three in-person Community Engagement Sessions; you can read a summary of the analysis here, and view a summarized spreadsheet here.
