*It is the youth department's continued mission to offer early literacy programs that best fit children's different developmental stages. Baby Storytime will be for babies under 18 months and Family Storytime will be for young children ages 18 months-4 years old.Storytime will be indoors in the library's Program Room.
Each scheduled Baby Storytime begins at 10:30 am

- Stop by the Atrium (West Entrance) to receive a ticket. Tickets will be available starting 15 minutes before storytime begins (10:15 AM).
- Tickets will be handed out until 5 minutes after the scheduled start time (10:35 AM).
- The youth librarian leading the storytime will collect the tickets upon entry to the program.
- Once tickets run out, storytime is full. Please check back at a future storytime.

Join us for a special visit to the D.I.A. on Sunday, November 16.
Participants can meet at the library and take a shuttle bus down to the museum together, where we'll have a guided tour highlighting various exhibits and collections, led by a D.I.A. docent.
This will be followed by free time for you (and a friend or family member) to explore the galleries and/or participate in their Drop-In Artmaking Workshops or Drawing in the Galleries!
This program lasts from 1 pm to 4 pm. Note: Parking at the library is Free on Sundays!
Here is our tentative itinerary
1:00 p.m. – Pickup at the library
1:30 p.m. – Arrival at the museum
1:30–2:30 p.m. – Docent Guided Tour of DIA Collection highlights
2:30–3:15 p.m. – Free time to explore galleries or join artmaking programs
3:30 p.m. – Departure from the museum / Return to library parking lotRegistration required

This program is for Ages 6-15 (+ Caregivers can also participate)!

Our Zine workshops provide a hands-on opportunity for participants to work alone or collaboratively on making a zine.The library will provide staplers, basic drawing supplies, paper, adhesives, scissors, discarded book scraps, and scanners.
All participants can add a copy of their zine to the library's new circulating Zine Collection.

Teens can work together to solve an in-person escape room where players team up to research a fictional supplement the government wants to add to the public water supply.
A prominent scientist has recorded a statement about whether or not the claims are to be believed.
Players have to track down as much trustworthy information as they can to uncover the truth and spread the word!
Information Literacy AND puzzling/mystery solving? How cool!?
