The Year's Best Pictures: Oscars Preview

Movie buffs, film fans, Oscars aficionados, and even the casual movie-goers..., mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 28. 

Local cinephile and film lecturer Gregory Black will be back at the library for his annual Oscars Preview presentation. Greg has been presenting engaging and interactive multi-media talks on films, film history and the Academy Awards for years, providing audiences with a comprehensive run-down of the year's nominees for Best Picture.

You can come to catch-up on who might win or who might be the upsetting underdog, or also come with your questions for Greg, as we watch the trailers for every single nominee and then discuss!  

The Friends of the Ferndale Library will provide complimentary refreshments.
